Anybody want to help me out getting granular with this? I ran into a post from ppow over on 'x' today and it's no conformal to what I have established for myself previously, so, I'd like some help going through sources to see if it is accurate. The post;

If I were to guess why no t4 personnel were chosen to perform gassing that had experience with gassing, it would be because THERE WERE NONE.
