Amazon has always shown Auschwitz: The Practice of Extinction as "Out of Print - Limited Availability."

Why? The publisher (Bloomsbury Academic) uses Print-on-Demand to keep titles in print.

I am unable to work out to my satisfaction how a book published in 2016 (or 2022?) is out of print without a single copy ever being printed
