If memory serves me right, Piers Morgan rather said that the death of six million Jews was recorded by the Nazis themselves. A very widespread misconception which is a consequence of the most-documented-genocide deceptive mantra. Like most ignorant people (the bigger the ignorance, the stronger the faith), he erroneously believes that there was a Nazi typist recording the name of every Jew at the entrance of each alleged Nazi gas chamber and that the victors of 1945 found a huge pile of paper with all the names of gassed Jews. Piers of course has no clue what he's talking about. When you are talking to someone like this, you have to try to figure out which argument they are garbling and then try to ungarble it on the fly. Is he talking about the Hoettl affidavit? The Hoess confession? The Korherr report? Piers doesn't know what any of that means. If you're talking about this stuff with the general public, I think it takes quite a bit of thought and practice to find the right level of detail.
