Did you all know that like Auschwitz and the three Reinhard Camps? Majdanek Museum also claims body burn sites with pyres.
See map of Majdanek. B41 and B42 are delousing, and B43 and B44 were barracks to store inmates' items brought to the camp and confiscated.
Then see my argument in the attachment

A while back, I had a discussion with the History Dept at the US Evil Empire Holocaust Museum in Washington DC.
When I pointed out the newer cremation facility was not in service during the claimed gassing period. She shot back at me claiming bodies were burned on these Majdanek pyres also. There were two oil fueled cremation units, and one is currently on display at the crematoria. The two units were not enough to cope with the number of deaths due to hygiene issues.

This reminds me of an interview that Professor Faurisson had with a Polish man who lived on his family's farm near the Treblinka camps, and who walked past the "extermination camp" to the quarry, on his way to work each day.
He said he saw piles of clothes being burned, but never did he see piles of bodies being burned.

I saw it in a video years ago, I can try to find it.
In that same video Faurisson questions why the Yad Vashem refuses to release Mengele's lab notes

I'm doubting that this Sawicki character was in Majdanek, or possibly any other camp.
On these sites it says that he went into hiding during German occupation.

This 'lured with candy' trope is pretty common.

You will find tales of Mengele giving condemned children candy, the Commander of Treblinka doing same etc.

I assume it was a promoted propaganda line. Likely both eastern and western allied propaganda mills promoted it. It has a 'universal appeal' for making people 'evil'.

'Look how evil they were, they gave children candy before they killed them!'...
were to guess why no t4 personnel were chosen to perform gassing that had experience with gassing, it would be because THERE WERE NONE.

Would you give some details on the commander of Treblinka giving candy to children?

I'll go dig for it. I need to put together a rolodex of this stuff at some point.

It might take me a minute, I can't recall which sources specifically parrot that line.

There was also a spiel that went with it about how they were going to grow up and be big and strong or some such.

If I recall correctly the guy that talks about the SS man (that was killed in combat on the eastern front) that blew himself up shooting grenades with an mg42 also talks about it. There are some others.

Again, I need to make a rolodex.

A point of order, when reading those testimonies and memoirs, something jumps out at me, jews are both stripped of their dignity and assaulted brutally being forced up the tube into the gas chambers, but, also simultaneously tricked and lulled in to thinking it was a shower into which they filed orderly and were executed. Those ideas are mutually exclusive.

If anyone finds some of the people talking about the commander of treblinka II giving candy to children before I do, it won't hurt my feelings. There are enough people that talked about it that it shouldn't be extremely rough to find.

https://www.nationalww2museum.org/war/a ... ocide-roma
As one of the few places in Auschwitz where children were allowed to remain alive, a kindergarten was established on one side of the barbed wire. As they went off to their forced labor assignments, parents peered through the barbed wire to see Josef Mengele, a Nazi doctor, giving their children candy. After plying them with sweets, he would whisk the children away to his “hospital,” where he performed gruesome medical experiments, often resulting in prisoners’ deaths.
One of the Mengele gives candy stories.

Still looking for a treblinka one.

Again, these stories are a running theme in the atrocity propaganda.

I can say for myself that there are many items for which I didn't immediately recognize the relevance of, only later regretting my failure to save them.

Going through the images in this thread I just noticed something about this building.
There is a center section of the roof which is raised and appears to have windows.
Are these windows visible from anywhere inside the building?

Also I wanted to ask why the image I linked to doesn't display in my post, only the url. I copied the image location from one of Fred's posts.

Is that what we see for the ceiling throughout B42, and what about B41?

Archie wrote: Tue Dec 03, 2024 2:33 pm Don't know if you've seen it, but there is some interesting liberation footage of Majdanek that was filmed by Jewish director Aleksander Ford. I found a decent full version with subtitles on a download site earlier this year. Here's a clip from it.

At the 7 second mark we can see the skylights in disinfection#1 which I assume to be B41.
My point in all of this is that it appears that the ceilings have all been reworked.
