I'm also interested in this topic, so i'm eager to see what else gets posted here. But to get the ball rolling, i have found this - a propaganda poster seemingly warning the German people about the dangers of Jewish vaccines.
This, and material like it, is in clear opposition to the usual normie tier tripe that gets bandied around places like Facebook and Twitter about the "Covid Nazis", as many high ranking NSDAP officials were allegedly anti-vax including Rudolf Hess, Julius Streicher, and Heinrich Himmler. I'm not aware of Adolf Hitler himself commenting directly on vaccines so perhaps another poster can be of more help!
Hitler and the Nazis opposed vaccine mandates and the laws reflected that. That said, they did not deny that vaccines worked. They weren't too keen on giving vaccines to the occupied eastern territories either and saw letting them have vaccines as something that would increase their population, which was undesirable to them.

Can you tell me what that poster says?
The poster’s title is “die Impfung” which translates to “the vaccination” (or “the inoculation” in some contexts).
German: Es ist mir sonderbar zu Mut,
denn Gift und Trud tut selten gut
Word-for-word translation: It is to me strange to (my) feeling/mood,
for poison and deceit does rarely good.
Meaning: I feel strangely uneasy, for poison and deception rarely do good.
