If you read the archaeological reports, you would see there are a lot of measurements regarding grave sizes, volumes, dimensions. Borehole samples and excavations show just how mixed the cremains are, with the earth, making a detailed analysis of the quantity of cremains impossible, without a monumental sifting and separating operation.
