Colls set out to prove Krege wrong and all she did was corroborate his findings.

The Colls' documentary about Treblinka 'death camp' was a masterpiece... in bull. It was brilliantly done though, credit where it's due. Given that most viewers were probably not as immersed in the story as we are it would have come across as truly shocking and very believable. Throw in some emotional scenes of her failing to hold it together and a liberal sprinkling of camp photos which were from anywhere but Treblinka and voila you have a masterpiece in fiction and manipulation.

Much like those Big Foot programmes that are ridiculous and never ever come up with anything solid Colls bolted together an emotional roller coaster of zero evidence and even less credibility. And much like those viewers of the Big Foot mystery if you want to believe it all you will.

Those with a modicum of an inquisitive nature may well have seen right through it.

They expect viewers to simply accept their authority and explain why they can't find more. They don't even seem embarrassed by the local rabbi not allowing anything if he finds remains; it's that simple.
