The above clip of a Jewish comedian named Dave Smith on the Joe Rogan show has him at one point stating jooish misinformation as if it’s fact. Presumably because he was taught it so naively and ignorantly believes it to be true.

I.e. he’s not lying, he's just another gullible dupe repeating a calculated jew-centric deception.

You'll note that they start from "illegal" and then fall back to "heavily regulated". It would be a stronger argument if they didn't overstate the case to begin with.

Though I'm not sure it even can be a strong argument. Other countries also have restrictions on paternity testing and on privacy concerns related to ancestry tests. For example we don't say that German people are not German just because paternity testing is restricted. I haven't seen a convincing case made that Israel is much of an outlier here or that it has anything to cover up.

I also think it's employed rather cynically. A lot of antizionists are comfortable trying to delegitimize the Jewish presence in the Levant on the basis of this biological/genetic principle, but they would never apply the same principle to European countries.

A more compelling argument along the same lines is that Israel's citizenship laws actually do take genetic testing into consideration. As in the classic stonetoss comic.

Maybe you're referring to where Smith describes a Jew as "just some European". But, though annoying, it's a fairly innocuous comment. He wouldn't defend that idea.

he admitted that the Palestinians are the actual descendants of original Hebrew inhabitants of that land who converted to Islam…
BUT
… he repeated the zio-lie that it was a FORCED CONVERSION at the “edge of a sword”.

Q. When and why did the original Hebrew inhabitants of Palestine convert to Islam?

A. Palestine came under Arab control during the Rashidun Caliphate in the 7th century CE.

At that time the inhabitants were mainly Hebrew or Christian plus with smaller groups like Samaritans. The population was mainly descendants of ancient peoples such as Canaanites and others who had lived there for centuries, plus later immigrants from Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine periods.

Conversion to Islam did not happen immediately or en masse immediately after rule by Muslims. The process was gradual, spanning several centuries.

This is based on tax records, archaeological evidence, and historical accounts.

Their jizya tax promoted religious freedom and was there to allow non muslims exemption from compulsory military service.

The main reasons for gradual conversion to Islam was Social and cultural integration.
Over generations, intermarriage with Muslims, adoption of Arabic language and customs and acculturation made Islam the prominent ‘religious’ belief-system faith.

SUMMARY:
the original inhabitants began converting to Islam slowly after the 7th-century with the population shifting to a Muslim majority over a 500–700 year period.
Genetic studies prove that today's Muslim Palestinians descend from local, pre-Islamic inhabitants who converted over time.
This was due to practical, social, and economic factors, NOT coercion.
