The air photo evidence deserves it's own thread.
I've linked the sit down interview to the forum before in another thread, and it is great. This one is layers deeper.
In an effort not to hijack Mr Hill's thread, I will refrain from exploring this deviation further in this thread.
If no one gets around to posting one before I do, I will get around to it at some point.

I recently read through
Air-Photo Evidence, previously authored by John C. Ball but now maintained by Rudolf. I can't say for sure that every thing covered in that presentation was covered in the book, but I think it was, and it's a much better experience since you can actually see the photos and diagrams. Highly recommend.
As to the introduction holes -- I can rip the photos from
Auschwitz Lies, but they do not appear to be of a particularly good quality besides being black and white. Perhaps this same material was published in better quality elsewhere? But I can't find it.
I also thought I might find a tour or museum video on Youtube that got a look at the introduction holes, even in passing. No luck. The only videos I found relevant are these drone videos of
Crema II and
Crema III. In those, you can easily make out some of the circular and rectangular vent openings that Mattogno points out in his book. They are highly visible, perfect lines in the concrete, still in-tact through the destruction. I would expect the same to be true of the Zyklon introduction holes if they existed.
