When t4 was in operation, it was not pursued without the request of the family.
You need evidence for this. There is a lot of evidence for the counter eg, the document about ideal fake illnesses 'for our action,' quoted recently by me
Btw after many days still no reprimand from the mods, you shouldn't try do their jobs for them, it was inhibiting discussion here

Bombsaway, this is derailment. I'm working on compiling source documents for presentation in a new thread. We will explore what t4 was and what it wasn't there.
With your other remark, don't be trite. I flagged a post to have your comment split because it was derailing my thread. That flag is still open...
Addendum: I tentatively retract my assertion that Aktion T4 was not pursued without the authorization of relatives. It appears that I may have been in error. This will lead me to more closely examine the source that led me to believe that this was so, and also to more closely examine the primary source accounts, prior to the end of the war, given what is extant.
Part of the reason families were apparently not informed stems from statistical study of families who were so burdened with the physically and mentally retarded. Much like the 78% of persons today who abort children presumed (even just presumed) to have trisomy 21, most people who had family members incapable of meaningful interaction would have rathered they been 'removed'/'mercy killed', but, didn't want to be informed or involved. This is a curious part of social psychology, and may merit further study. In the mean time, I still need to follow up on authenticity of what I have been able to glean thus far. I will say, authenticity seems compelling.
